Scope of Warranty Coverage
All warranties provide comprehensive coverage for hardware malfunctions during normal use. Should a covered component fail, we will ship a replacement part to you promptly and at our expense (within the United States).
What This Warranty Covers:

Malfunctions of hardware and electronic components under normal usage conditions.

Replacement of any Powertrain components. See details below about what is considered a powertrain component.

Functional failure of Apex netting system, straps, buckles, and carabiners.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover:

Cosmetic imperfections (unless optional shipping insurance is purchased).

Damage resulting from accidents, improper use, improper storage, or unauthorized alterations.

Replacement of the entire APEX system or complete enclosure assemblies.
How Warranty Service Works
If you encounter a hardware issue covered by this warranty:

We require your cooperation with our support specialists to perform basic diagnostic steps to verify the issue.

Please note that this warranty does not provide for the replacement of the entire system.

Based on the diagnosis, we will send the specific part needed to resolve the issue.

You are required to return the original part to us using the same packaging within 30 days of receiving your replacement.
PLEASE NOTE: Non-compliance with the return of the original part will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your warranty coverage for the entire system.
Common Warranty Questions
Q: Are there shipping costs for replacement parts? A: For customers in the United States, there are no shipping charges for replacement parts sent to the customer. Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling fees.
Q: What is the consequence of not returning the old part? A: Your warranty coverage will be permanently terminated and will not be reinstated.
Q: Is there a limit on part replacements? A: Yes, all warranty plans are limited to a maximum of three (3) part replacements.
Q: Can I extend my warranty after my purchase? A: Yes, you have the option to upgrade your warranty plan within 30 days of receiving your system by contacting our support team.
Q: How do I initiate a warranty claim? A: Please send an email to support@powerarcsports.com. Include your order number, a detailed description of the problem, and attach a photo or video that illustrates the issue..
Terms and Conditions
The warranty period commences on the date the APEX Training System is delivered to the original purchaser.
This warranty is granted solely to the original purchaser and cannot be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity.
Any evidence of misuse, neglect, unauthorized service or modification, commercial application, or failure to adhere to the provided user guide will render this warranty null and void.
PowerArc Sports LLC Limited Warranty Details
PowerArc Sports LLC ("PowerArc") provides this Limited Warranty for the APEX Training System, applicable exclusively to its intended use. Any other application voids this Limited Warranty. For the duration of the specified warranty periods, the covered components are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under conditions of normal use. Certain exclusions, detailed herein, apply.
This Limited Warranty is effective only for defects identified within the warranty period and for as long as the APEX Training System is owned by the original purchaser.
POWERTRAIN COMPONENTS: 1-YEAR COVERAGE or 100K PASSES PowerArc warrants the Powertrain components against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original delivery date or 100,000 passes whichever comes first. Powertrain Components include: Ball basket, Launcher arm, main extension spring, main webbing, main motor, webbing spooling components, arm locking latch, latch actuator, latch spring, latch dowel pins, and .
STRUCTURAL LAUNCHER AND NET COMPONENTS: 1-YEAR COVERAGE PowerArc warrants the structural launcher and net components against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original delivery date. This includes all aluminum components, telescopic tubing, metal brackets, telescopic pole mounting base, launcher enclosure clamshells, launcher ball fences, net ball damper, and auxiliary plastic components.
CABLES AND ELECTRICAL PARTS: 1-YEAR COVERAGE PowerArc warrants original components like cables and electronics, including sensors and the display console, against functional failure for one year from the original delivery date. This warranty excludes normal wear and tear. Regular inspection for damage is critical for safe operation.
ADD-ON ACCESORIES: 1-YEAR COVERAGE PowerArc warrants all original add-on components like cables, electronics, belts, motors, and housings against functional failure for one year from the original delivery date. This warranty excludes normal wear and tear. Regular inspection for damage is critical for safe operation
Warranty Exclusions and Limitations
Eligibility and Remedies: This warranty is for the exclusive benefit of the original owner. If a warranted component fails within the warranty period, PowerArc’s sole obligation is to, at its own discretion, repair or replace the defective part or system with a new or refurbished equivalent. Any repaired or replaced component is covered for the greater of either the remainder of the original warranty period or 30 days.
This Warranty Does Not Cover:

Any products or services other than the APEX Training System or authorized add-ons. This includes units reasonably believed to be stolen, counterfeit, or acquired from an unauthorized reseller.

Damage or failure arising from improper assembly, installation, maintenance, storage, or repair (unless performed by PowerArc authorized personnel).

Use of the APEX Training System with third-party accessories or parts not approved by PowerArc.

Damage from accident, abuse, negligence, corrosion, cosmetic changes (discoloration of paint/plastic), vandalism, fire, flood, acts of God, power fluctuations, or other external causes.

Software or internet connectivity issues. PowerArc does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Incidental or consequential damages. PowerArc is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, economic loss, or loss of use related to the purchase, use, or maintenance of the equipment. This includes costs such as gym fees, lost work time, or transportation for service.

Any attempt by the user or an unauthorized agent to move or repair the equipment is done at their own risk. PowerArc is not liable for any injury or property damage resulting from such actions.
Any disputes arising between you and PowerArc concerning this Limited Warranty shall be resolved according to the dispute resolution procedures outlined in PowerArc's official Terms of Service.
This document contains the sole and entire warranty provided by PowerArc and replaces all previous or concurrent agreements or representations, whether written or oral. All other warranties, express or implied, including any statutory warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly excluded to the extent permitted by law. Where they cannot be excluded, such warranties are limited in duration to the periods stated above. This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal theory under which damages are sought. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you. This warranty grants you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by jurisdiction.
