Returns and Exchange Policy

At POWERARC SPORTS LLC, we are committed to customer satisfaction. Please review our policy regarding returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

General Return Policy

  • 30-Day Return Window: You may initiate a return for your APEX or add-ons within 30 days of its delivery date. To be eligible, the machine must be in its original condition.

  • Return Process: It is the responsibility of the customer to repackage and ship the unit back in original packaging. Once the unit arrives at our facility and passes inspection, we will process your refund.

  • Geographic Exclusions: For all orders shipped internationally or to noncontiguous U.S. states and territories, including Alaska and Hawaii, all sales are final once the product has left our warehouse. We are unable to process any returns, refunds, or exchanges for these orders.

Procedure for Returning Your Machine

All returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your machine.

  • Packaging Requirement: The machine must be securely repackaged in its original box and packaging materials. We strongly advise you to retain all original packaging. If you no longer have it, a fee will be charged to send you replacement packaging.

  • Return Fee: All returns are subject to a non-negotiable 20% restocking fee, which covers the cost of restocking. This amount will be deducted from your total refund.

  • Refund Timeline: After your returned machine has been inspected at our facility, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed to your original payment method.

  • Condition of Return: Our guarantee does not cover ordinary wear and tear, or damage resulting from improper use or accidents, which are subject to the terms of our Limited Machine Warranty. POWERARC SPORTS LLC reserves the right to refuse a refund or to assess additional fees if a machine is returned in a damaged condition, is missing parts, or shows signs of abuse.

  • Extended Warranties: All payments made for Extended Warranties are non-refundable.

Warranty and Replacement Parts

  • Within the 1-Year or 100,000 shot Warranty: We will provide replacement parts at no cost. However, you are required to ship the defective part(s) back to POWERARC SPORTS LLC.

  • Outside of the 1-Year or 100,000 shot Warranty: You are responsible for the cost of the replacement part(s) and all associated shipping fees. You are not required to return the defective parts.

Pre-Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your pre-order before it has been shipped from our warehouse, it is 100% refundable. Once canceled, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, with no exceptions.
